Here's a quick freebie that I whipped up this morning - 6 grungy papers and 2 ribbons with glittered polka dots. I realize that Halloween is not celebrated all over the world so I tried to make these some what generic. The colors are definitely Halloween inspired but I think you could use them on lots of wild and fun layouts. Hope you can put these to some use!
